Cagey Admin is a play on the initials of founder Karen Gibson, although certainly a level of wiliness is required to deal with modern admin.

Karen started her career working in marketing and project management for brands like Viacom, BBC, LEGO, and Sydney Opera House. She then decided to fully embrace her love of process and procedure and moved to operations and administrative support, most recently as Operations Manager for independent audio agency Audiocraft.
